Job description
Our Delta Team is composed of 9 developers who are responsible for building the customer-facing frontend layer of our product. Inspired by the ‘Shape Up’ method from Basecamp, our team works in 5-week-long iterations. This approach allows us to take full responsibility for completing self-contained projects from beginning to end in the context of maintaining and extending the customer-facing part of our platform.

Job requirements
What we’re looking for
- 4+ years of experience developing single-page web applications with a modern JavaScript/RoR stack or a similar stack
- Good knowledge of the browser environment and JavaScript toolchains
- You enjoy working with other team members and customers to understand and solve their problems
- Ability to write clear and maintainable code with a strong passion and emphasis for code quality and quality testing
- Pragmatic approach to software development; how to structure programs and decompose problems, apply patterns, and select the right paradigm for a task
- Clear communication skills with the ability to understand and translate business requirements into technology solutions
- Collaborative and eager mindset to tackle challenges and contribute to design and architecture decisions
Qualifications:
- Your proven experience in Facebook Ads/Google Ads will get preference
- You like working in high-performance projects
- You enjoy researching your competitors/market trends
- You have an unending curiosity about the strategic process of advertising
Experience:
Freshers are highly encouraged.
